The objects in the Memorandium of Association of Joined-Up Holidays, as registered with Companies House and the Charity Commission are;

TO PROVIDE A DAY CENTRE WITH MENTALLY STIMULATING ACTIVITIES, SHORT BREAK RESPITE CARE, RECREATIONAL AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, INFIRMITY, DISABILITY, POVERTY OF SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES SO AS TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH CHILDREN AND ADULTS.

What this means in practise is that we will offer respite care and holidays to special people with special needs who may have difficulties accessing these facilities elsewhere. Each of our visitors (and indeed the staff and volunteers) will take away from Joined-Up Holidays as much, or as little, information and enjoyment as they are ready to recieve at that particular time in their lives. We hope our return visitors will learn and enjoy something new on each visit as everything and everyone conected with Joined-Up Holidays is constantly evolving, developing and changing with time and the seasons.    

Each break is individually tailored to suit the needs of our visitors and we hope all our guests will have a memorable experience while their carers enjoy a well earned rest.
