4 bedrooms- 2 double and 2 single with optional tea and coffee making facilities.2 rest rooms will be made available for the use of our day visitors when necessary.

Kitchen with dining area (all meals fully catered by staff)
Lounge/games room with TV, Video, Computer games, 2 X laptop computers, supervised internet access, board games, small library of books.

Study /Staffroom with secure filing systems and desktop computer, also sofa bed if required.
Large Utility room with storage for outdoor clothing, personal protective equipment, boots, wellies etc.
