Lounge/games room with TV, Video, Computer games, 2 X laptop computers, supervised internet access, board games, small library of books.

Study /Staffroom with secure filing systems and desktop computer, also sofa bed if required.
Large Utility room with storage for outdoor clothing, personal protective equipment, boots, wellies etc.
